Surekha Reddy Pailla is the visionary Founder & CEO of Arohak, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in the IT services industry. Her career has been defined by successfully leading service operations, building high-performing teams, and helping organizations solve complex business challenges through technology and innovation.
In 2016, driven by a bold vision and a people-first philosophy, Surekha founded Arohak with the belief that technology solutions should not only address business needs but also create meaningful human impact. Her goal was to build an organization that combined innovation, agility, and empathy to deliver transformative outcomes for clients while fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented culture for employees.
Under her strategic leadership, Arohak has experienced remarkable growth, expanding into a thriving organization of more than 150 professionals and achieving multi-million-dollar revenues within a short span of time. The company’s rapid ascent and industry impact have earned significant recognition, including being named the “Fastest Growing Company – Medium Scale” by ITServe Alliance for 2021–2022, receiving the “FAST100” recognition from USPAACC in 2022, and securing a place on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list in 2023.
